U.S. Right Not to Join RCEP

“‘Not a game changer’: how massive RCEP deal has left trade barriers in place” (SCMP) I agreed with Trump that the U.S. should not join RCEP. There was no benefit for the U.S. and we already have bilateral trade agreements with many of the members. Additionally, RCEP now includes China, which just benefits China.
And of course, now that RCEP is a reality, it turns out that no one but China benefits.
